Sports Hub Codes of Conduct
Our goal at The Sports Hub is to create a positive and inclusive environment where everyone can enjoy sports, recreation and community. By entering The Sports Hub facility, all participants, spectators and staff agree to uphold the following standards:
Respect For Others
Treat all players, coaches, officials, staff and visitors with courtesy
Use respectful language at all times. Harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind and will not be tolerated.
Honour and respect the decisions of the Sports Hub staff.
Facility Rules
Use equipment safely and responsibly. If any issues arise with the equipment you are using report to a member of staff immediately.
Keep designated areas clean and dispose of your rubbish appropriately
Please arrive on time for your booking and all bookings run for 55 minutes. Please leave the hall promptly to allow change over to occur.
Participants of the hall are to wait outside the sports hall until instructed by a staff member to enter.
Smoking is prohibited, this includes vaping.
Please dress appropriately for the sport you are participating in and wear indoor gym shoes. If your shoes are particularly dirty, please remove these before entering the sports hall
Safety
Report unsafe behaviour, hazards or injuries to staff immediately
No physical aggression or unsafe conduct
Violation of this code of conduct may result in removal from the facility or loss of access privileges.
